Sonia and Jamison's Garden Wedding at The Gardens at West Green

wedding photography

Sonia and Jamison said "I do" at The Gardens at West Green, an intimate garden venue tucked under old oak trees in northwest San Antonio. Their October 2026 wedding was all white florals, black-and-white attire and soft candlelight, and it showed off everything that makes this small venue special.

These are a few of our favorite sneak peeks from the day. The full gallery is on its way.

Getting Ready

Sonia got ready in a bright room lined with windows, with her bridesmaids in black helping with the final touches. Jamison wore a white dinner jacket and a black bow tie.

Their details were simple and classic: a crested invitation, the rings, Sonia's heels and her perfume.

The Ceremony Under the Oaks

The ceremony took place on the lawn, with white florals on pedestals, an aisle lined with white petals, the big oak trees overhead and the white loggia in the background. Even the three-tier fountain was dressed in white flowers.

Portraits in the Gardens

For portraits, we used every corner of the property: the floral pedestals on the lawn, the white loggia with its chandelier, the old oaks that shade the gardens and the white two-story house. For a small venue, there's a lot of variety packed into two and a half acres.

A Candlelit Reception

The reception tables were set with white linens and candles. Sonia and Jamison cut their cake under a chandelier and shared their first dance beneath the loggia after the sun went down. The night ended with a packed dance floor and a send-off from everyone who came to celebrate them.
